Information we collect

When you create an account we store your name and email address. As you use the site, we store the profile details you add (phone, location, bio), properties you favorite, searches you save, inquiries and messages you send, viewing appointments, and your buyer preferences.

If you use Dream Home Savings, we store your savings goal, contribution schedule, and contribution history. Payment records (amount, status, receipt) are stored for accounting, but your card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never stored by us.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the marketplace: showing listings, connecting you with agents, scheduling and reminding you of viewings, sending receipts and notifications, and powering the AI features you use. The AI features operate only on documented, authorized records about you — they never invent information.

Who we share it with

Payments are processed by Stripe. Confirmed viewings are added to our team's Google Calendar. New high-priority leads are posted to our internal Slack channel so our team can respond quickly. Standard infrastructure providers host the service.

Your choices

You can update your profile from your dashboard at any time. To request corrections or deletion of your data, contact us through the Contact page.
